SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Disclaimer: delivery delays are being experienced World-Wide due to COVID-19 and its impact on our mail systems. We thank you for your support and patience.  Please contact info@subworkit.com if you need help tracking a package

Processing: Subworkit, Inc sells products in bulk packages with wholesale prices. All your Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days and up to 4 weeks for made to order items after payment is received.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping within the USA territories:

Shipment processing time

  •       All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  •       If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 Worldwide Shipping and timelines:

  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, and the cost of shipping is included in the price based on the weight of the product. We offer flat rate shipping included into the price based on the weight of each item
  • Delivery time to Europe destinations is normally 5 to 7 business days, to US and Canada about 8 to 11 business days and to most of the remaining destinations
  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to track your order.

Clarifications and conditions:

  •   Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to; some deliveries will arrive much sooner than projected schedule however please follow the tracking number provided with the order confirmation.
  •   We ship globally, normally within three to five business days once order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  •   All orders receive automatic package tracking, please ensure your email is provided at checkout.  We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for US or International orders.
  •   We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.  
  •   If address provided is not verified by our shipper and is returned to Unwrapped Life, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent. 

 

Order tracking:

  •   When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.  If no email address is provided the shipping details will be sent via SMS.

Additions or Cancellations

  •   To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately. Choosing to contact us via social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), will not guarantee that your request will be received. And, as we are not able to add items to an existing order, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be responsible for submitting the order again.
  •   If the order has already been processed, then cancelling the order will not be possible. 
  •   If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email: the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
  •   Subworkit, Inc reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason with full refund

Incorrect, damaged, or lost goods

  •   If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at info@subworikitusa.com and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.  
  •   If you received damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 5 business day of receipt at info@subworkitusa.com.Please provide your order number, and a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials to ensure speedy customer service response time.
  •   Failure to contact us within 5 business days voids any responsibility we may have had
